Distributors are vital to our success. We support their value-added efforts for our customers. They play a huge role in Silicon Valley. Many high-volume opportunities routinely go through distributors' material management programs. The rep-disty relationship is critical for growth.

They also need to be constantly reminded of the lines they carry with us! That's why it's the responsibility of the owners of SHUR Sales to visit each distributor on a regular basis and make sure they have the tools and knowledge to effectively sell our product lines.

Our disty program hits hardest at the grassroots level. Disty binders are maintained for each distributor. We track their Top 10 accounts on a quarterly basis; document leads, samples and quotes; provide sales analysis and visit on a regular basis. Individual account lists are maintained for many of the top salespersons.
